Mindfulness workshops for young Kids /Teens 

Mindfulness workshop(4 weeks program)  is divided into two distinct parts: the exploration of various facets of Mindfulness from a personal perspective and from the viewpoint of the child. Personal Mindfulness practice is introduced from a theoretical and practical perspective which includes personal Mindfulness practice at the end of each session. Each new facet of Mindfulness from a childs perspective is explored by introducing games and exercises which take between 1 and 5 minutes to practice. This workshop also focuses on cultivating intention, attention, and attitude (the 3 axioms of Mindfulness). As the workshop progresses, children are introduced to the breath as an anchor to handle difficult thoughts and emotions. Finally, compassion and self-compassion are introduced as a means to develop kindness towards themselves and others.

We offer one-to-one sessions to promote the bodys inner ability to heal. This form of healing therapy is hands-off (no touch is required at all) and is a meditative, empowering way to support good physical and mental health.

Parents can accompany their kids throughout the healing.

Sessions are available for adults too and committing to your own healing is a great thing to do for your family. If you are well, calm, and clear, its much easier to listen closely to your child and care for them with empathy and awareness.
