Person centered Therapy

People turn to counselling when they need support or at a crossroads in their lives. Counselling provides the chance to talk things through, very often relieving emotional pressure, clearing the way for people to focus and decide what to do next. Counselling can provide a sense of direction and a greater ability to achieve goals

We believe in bringing together of the affective, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological aspects within a person, with an awareness of the social and spiritual aspects of the person.  Adapting a mindset that no one therapy alone fits every person and therefore integration of different therapies is necessary in healing the complexities of human existence. Group Therapy programs (Psychoeducational) 

Anyone can attend a group therapy session. One of the goals of group therapy is to bring people who share similar experiences together.

Group therapy usually focuses on a specific mental health concern, such as social anxiety,depression, Trauma or similar topics. Some other examples of conditions a group may focus on include:

  • post-traumatic stress disorder

  • attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
